WhatsApp Compliance

Prohibited Usage

• Illegal, abusive, misleading, or spam content
• Political misinformation or unlawful campaign activity
• Violation of WhatsApp policies or Indian IT laws

Limitation of Liability

Marketing Sanchar is not responsible for WhatsApp policy changes, delivery delays, third-party restrictions, or any resulting business losses.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
